Criteria for individuals recovering from substance abuse:
Have maintained a drug free status for a minimum of two years
Living independent of recovery programs
Lifestyle stable enough to participate in AMEN training process
High School Diploma or GED
Clear legal status
Realistic small business concept
Mandatory Orientation
Mandatory Business Planning Program (6 months)
Criteria for general population:
Inability to secure traditional funding (i.e. banks, loan organizations, SBA…etc)
General Income challenges
Lifestyle stable enough to participate in AMEN training process
High School Diploma or GED
Clear legal status
Realistic small business concept.
